The name Lodima comes from an Old English word meaning "guide." That’s exactly how I see my role with every client, on every project. Whether I’m helping design a learning experience, launch a community, or streamline operations, I’m here to walk alongside you with strategic and creative support.

I bring over a decade of experience in corporate sales & marketing, leadership & business coaching, and professional facilitation, plus six years of hands-on work with startups, platforms, and organizations building community, training teams, creating content, and scaling sustainably.
